This agreement governs your use of the LMNL UI Kit: the WebView component bundles, the native filmstrip sprite packs, and any related files (together, the "Components"). By purchasing or using the Components you agree to these terms. The Components are licensed, not sold. LMNL Loud ("we", "us") retains all ownership of them.
Subject to your tier below, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Components to design and build the user interfaces of audio plugins and other software applications ("Your Products"), and to distribute the Components only as compiled, integrated parts of Your Products.
Royalty-free, no attribution required. Once you purchase a pack, you owe no ongoing fees, royalties, or revenue share on Your Products, and you are not required to credit LMNL Loud anywhere in Your Products. You may ship the user interfaces you build with the Components freely within the limits of your tier.
A separate license is required per pack and per tier. Buying a higher tier for a pack supersedes a lower tier you hold for that same pack.
The Extended tier's resale and white-label rights are limited to the Components being embedded and shipped as part of Your Products, never as a standalone offering.
We own the Components and all intellectual property in them. This agreement grants you a license to use them as described and transfers no ownership. You own Your Products and any original work you create around the Components.
Purchased packs are delivered as a download tied to your account. Updates are provided at our discretion for the packs you bought. We may change the Components in future updates; you are not required to update Your Products.
Because the Components are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a pack is materially broken and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will make it right.
The Components are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for testing the Components in Your Products before release.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the pack at issue. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or revenue.
This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Components and remove them from any product not yet released. Sections on ownership, no warranty, and limitation of liability survive termination.
